No Hassle Return Policy:
If you need or want to return your order for any reason, you might be eligible for our "No Hassle Return" method. Using this method you can receive a resolution without having to make a trip to your local post office or anywhere else.
To check whether you are eligible for the return or not, please send us an email at "email@example.com" including the following information:
- Order number
- Proper reason for return
- Preferred resolution (Replacement/Refund/Others)
- A photo that clearly shows the product to be returned and any issues it may have
We'll review your email and if your return is eligible for "No Hassle Return", we will issue a replacement, refund, or others depending on your preferred resolution. Otherwise, we will provide you with a free return shipping label and issue a refund once we’ve received and processed your return package.
If your product is damaged/defective for any reason, send us an email with your order number and pictures of the damage/defect along with a brief description. After we review the pictures, we will either refund or replace the order.
If you accidentally put a wrong address or placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately if you need or want to cancel the order. But keep in mind also that we can only cancel orders during our regular business hours. So, if you fail to contact us in time, we may not be able to cancel your order.
